Camerons Album

A special collection of songs have been compiled by Cameron's dad, Scott, which are dedicated to Cameron's memory. You can listen to the songs on Cameron's Album page.

Camerons Big Gig - Before the event

Cameron's Big Gig is on 24th February 2007 and will feature performances from local bands, Eli, Tony Shoebox, The Wheels, No.1 Son and My Latest Novel. Djing will be by Scott (Cameron's Dad).

We're aiming to sell out the Greenock Town Hall, hopefull 500-600 people, tickets are available only from Rythmic in Greenock NOW priced £12. All funds raised will be donated to Birmingham Childrens Hopsital's intensive care unit and cardiac ward as a massive thank you to them for all they did for cameron and our family, before during and after his operations.

We'll also be showing a short film as a tribute to camerons short life as compiled by 2dynamic.

We're aiming to have a raffle which will include prizes donated from Primal Scream, Snow Patrol and Texas.

We hope to raise the roof in the town hall and make it a night to remember!

Camerons Big Gig - After the event

Cameron's Big Gig was held in Greenock Town Hall and raised more than £7,000 for the fund.

Cameron's dad Scott said: “We are absolutely delighted. The whole night went absolutely fine. There were around 400 people there on the night and we think we have made around £7,000. We were aiming to raise £5,000, so we are very pleased.

“At the gig we had so many great bands playing that we did not have time to hold the charity auction of music memorabilia. So the plan is to have another event in a different venue."

"This will also give us time to get some more items for it.”

The auction, which will be announced in the near future, will contain memorabilia from Pete Docherty's band Babyshambles, Primal Scream, Texas and Snow Patrol.

Cameron was treated at Birmingham Children’s Hospital and the Lindsay family organised the concert and auction to say thank you to the staff there.
